江蘇經緯軌道交通設備有限公司成立于2010年4月，成立之初為經緯軌道與斯柯達電氣的合資公司，2014年經緯軌道完成技術轉讓并回購外方50%股權，2015年6月與匯川技術展開資本合作，成為匯川技術的控股子公司。
Jiangsu Kingway Rail Transportation Equipment Co., LTD founded in April 2010, before founding, the former is Skoda Kingway Electric Co., LTD. In earlier 2014, KINGWAY RAIL complete the transfer of technology and purchase back 50% shares of Skoda and carry out capital cooperation with INOVANCE in Jun. 2015, becoming INOVANCE’s holding subsidiaries.
